Its growth has attracted many international buyers, but it remains a bit authentic with its traditional architecture, quirky tapas bars and local community. You have schools, health care and supermarkets in the area, and of course a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

Benalmadena, Costa Del Sol

Located to the east of the Costa del Sol and in the immediate vicinity of the city of Malaga, it is one of the largest centers on the coast for tourists and holidays. Benalmadena sits on a hill and offers some of the best views on the Costa del Sol. Having easy access, being so close to the airport as well as having the train line from downtown Malaga to Fuengirola, this makes it a great place to put down roots or spend your vacation as you can do everything at on foot or with public transport.

Offering a slightly milder climate to the rest of the Costa del Sol, you will still have plenty of sun all year round, but with cooler temperatures in winter. From here you are close to both Estepona and Gibraltar and a little further down the coast, Tarifa, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea meet.

Inland you will find many charming Andalusian white villages where you can enjoy Spanish life like the locals. You will find in this district beautiful villas in private and secure urbanisations as well as superb apartments overlooking the port. The views offer spectacular sea views that stretch across Africa and Gibraltar, making them unique. The region is full of nature and green landscapes, which makes it a pleasant place to settle.
