Campillos is a beautiful peaceful town, equidistant between Costa del Sol, Granada, Ronda, Seville and just a 15 minute drive to El chorro where there is the Caminito del Rey and the stunning lakes where you can go swimming and enjoy a fantastic day out.
Campillos is just 30 klms from Antequera , where there will be the Puerto seco, also the lakes of Fuente de piedra where you can see many flamingos. The road also continues to Olvera and Jerez de la frontera.
Campillos is very central in Andalucia, a great location and great to visit the Iglesia Parroquial Nuestra Señora del reposo, also worth visiting the Ermita de San Benito.
In Campillos there are great places to eat and drink, such as El Bocata,Kangre, La campana and many more places.
