Casabermeja is just 20klms north of Malaga, it is an ideal place to escape from the coast and explore the mountains around malaga.
Casabermeja has all your basic amenities and a great place to enjoy with family and friends. With all its paths that lead you through the beautiful countryside, it is a great place for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, riders and anyone else who wants to enjoy some peace and quiet.

This property in casabermeja, is a fantastic property for horse lovers or for a family who love nature. The house does need some maintenance to the property. t¡The main building is a beautiful house built of 266m2. As you enter the property you have a grand entrance through a porch where there is lovely seating area to enjoy the views and relax in. You have these great wooden doors, very traditional rustic style. You enter the hall way and to the right is an office, to the left is a very spacious open kitchen with every thing you need, large sitting come dining room with a lovely fireplace, at the back you have a nice sized pantry and a door to access the back of the house. Down from the property, you have a large barn with paths leading down to the barn from the house with trees growing along the side which look lovely with the light going through them.
In the barn you have 8 stables of 3mx3m and two bedrooms with small bathrooms, that can be used as offices, plus you have a tack area and area where they keep horse carriages. so there is plenty of room. Just opposite the barn there is a large round pen. At the back there are another two larger stables, an area for tacking up the horses and showering them. You also have a room with an industrial fridge and storage.
There are two entrance to the property, one to the main house and one down to the stables. There is lots of paths that lead through the beautiful surrounding countryside.
