Sotogrande is one of the most southerly tourist resorts in Spain, much visited by tourists because it is located on the famous Costa del Sol at the bottom of Spain. It has 12 km of beaches, with good views of the Rock of Gibraltar and across to Africa, a good port and marina and several world class golf courses.

In recent years, many internationals as well as Spanish have chosen Sotogrande as a place to live, due to its ease of access, only 1.5 hours from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from Gibraltar and the airport there. British, Scandinavians, Belgians and French lead the ranking of Europeans who have chosen to live in this area.

The villa offers a sense of space and light with many windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The accommodation consists of a large living and dining area, with a fireplace, direct access to the gardens and a fully fitted contemporary style kitchen with dining area. The property had a large, covered car port and further parking available for several cars. This is a beautiful family home, located in a secluded and tranquil area of Sotogrande, but only a short distance to the beaches, bars, golf and tennis clubs.
